How long does the development process take from start to finished product?
At Corinthian Automotive, the cornerstone to our success is our rapid development process. With the requirements clearly defined in the beginning of the project, we can provide finished products between three and six weeks, depending on your specifications.
How do I order a prototype?
Contact us to review your specifications including color, style, design, customization needs, backing system and retention requirements and we will begin development so that you will have an initial prototype within 3 weeks. We can also work with you in the specification development and have a range of sample materials available to assist you.
Do you manufacture your own carpet and backings? Are they to automotive standards?
Corinthian Automotive manufactures both carpeting and backings to the highest automotive standards. Under IATF 16949:2016 we are required to follow stringent quality standards throughout every step of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality goods.
What is your minimum production lot size for automotive floor mats?
Custom colors require a commitment of approximately 1000 floor mat sets which can be delivered over a 90 day period.
Will you sell automotive roll carpeting only?
Absolutely – we will manufacture your custom style or you can choose from one of our running line products. We can also assist in creating the automotive carpet product best suited for your application taking into consideration performance and aesthetic requirements.
How do you ensure on-time delivery of your automotive flooring products?
Corinthian Automotive works with our customers to develop short term (30-90 day) forecasts. Raw material and WIP inventories are created to support the customer’s short term forecast. Where applicable we can also maintain a Kanban system.
What are your automotive mat packaging capabilities?
Packaging can be customized to suit customer needs. Options range from:
- Multi Pack of 6, 8, 10 sets
- Bulk packaging in disposable or returnable dunnage for larger quantities
Automotive mat sets can be packed with header cards, installation sheets, retention hooks, special instructions or accessories.
What type of attachment systems do you use?
Corinthian Automotive uses all the standard, approved retention systems including: metal grommets, plastic grommets and Velcro.
What are your quality systems?
Corinthian Automotive is IATF 16949:2016 certified.
